The first thing to do was the brass brace that holds the belt loop. I sewed a button on each side to hold the strap. I didn't have to worry as the body attached strap hook was attached to the thinnest material. Everything is fake. The bag design was good, but the execution failed completely except for using it as a prop. First one side broke, then the other. I had a wallet that lasted several years. When I threw it away it was in better condition than this one 3 months after I bought it. I hide under the seat in my car so I can keep my driver's license and carry my smartphone with credit card in my pocket to go shopping. Bought on 03/10. I'm looking for a replacement.
