The bungee and velcro straps stay in place while walking so I can balance pretty well. They must be hacked first.
I bought these to replace my old pair because they got banged up on the trail going up the creeks. The bungee and velcro straps stay in place while walking so I can balance pretty well. They have to be broken the first time, but so far they're pretty good for a day hike when there are hills and rocks to climb. Haven't tried them in streams yet this season but I expect they'll hold up as usual. All in all a pretty solid sandal for day trips.
