. First I got a kickstand with 1 working and the other broken (completely bent at one end and unable to close). Since I didn't want to bother with returns because the stand with the case is just great, I went to the extreme. I received no response at first and then proceeded to check due to customer service at the time. I was then replied to via Amazon and also via my Instagram post. After sending detailed photos I was offered a replacement. I am currently waiting for a replacement. While I might be one of the few who might have issues with the coaster, I can at least vouch that the color will be absolutely fantastic. I'm a bit hesitant to give it a full 5 stars as I've also had issues with the same type of case for the joycons (the screws don't work and settle for loss). Unfortunately, I'm fed up with the material. The beautiful PROSKickstand paint job is the same as the Joycon cases. A replacement was suggested by Extremerate. Got a reply after checking and they were responsive. CONS2 separate editions with the same material. The problem was taking a loss.
