I waited several months to use this chair before writing this review. Unfortunately, my return window is closed Pros: Nice chair Materials feel comfortable Seat reclines into many positions Cons: Seat upholstery is very hard and hurts after a few hours Seat back does not provide support Armrests are too far away from the seat, allowing for longer use more uncomfortable A vibrating lumbar pillow is necessary as there is no other lumbar support available. There is no difference between the two vibration settings - both are too weak to feel. The cord on the lumbar pillow gets in the way so it was hidden and no longer used. The pillow is in the wrong place making it uncomfortable. The chair does not wobble or tilt - it stays in a horizontal position. Pile carpet - it is necessary to use a chair mat, no matter how I try to adjust this chair, it is not comfortable. The seat cushions are the main problem. They are too hard and after a few hours the chair feels like a concrete bench. The bottom seat cushion isn't contoured and it feels like you're always sliding forward and out of the seat. I thought of a footrest to keep me in place. The back pillow sits too low on the lower back and offers no support other than a small pillow. I put a queen size pillow under my back and that helps a bit but I really didn't have to. If you have a gel seat cushion, this can help. I will never buy a chair again without first sitting in it. There is a reason for the low price of this chair. I am disappointed in this purchase. I really wanted to like this chair. Make me an offer, I still have the box. Two stars just for the looks. ***** UPDATE June 2019 ***** After many months I noticed that the seller contacted me to try and fix things with this order. They emailed me quickly, I just didn't notice for a very long time. While my original review of this chair still stands, I have no doubt that the customer service from this company is top notch. They have been very very responsive via email and very cool in solving my issues to my satisfaction even though it has been a few months since the order was completed and there was no commitment on their part. If this rating was for customer service I would have given 5 stars.
