Since I've had a bread maker, I've been able to bake 5 loaves of bread. The buttons to adjust were repeatedly pressed or missing, and the few times the machine worked I wasn't sure how I got there. I've tried following the instructions but no luck. I just pushed buttons until something happened. I got the machine to bake gluten free bread and didn't get the machine to run on settings other than the base bread. I have tried to contact Hamilton Beach twice and so far NOTHING. No Answer. what happened to it I bought a branded device so there are no such problems. POOH! Update: It has been 3 months since I first contacted Hamilton Beach via their website and have tried at least 5 more times with no response. (Well, I take my words back. After the first contact, I received a response that someone will get back to me within 3 business days. Wait). Don't do business with Hamilton Beach!
