FANTASTIC waist band for sizes 12 and under
I'm a little tight but my size is 10-14 (depending on the manufacturer, usually 12). I wore it at the smallest part of my waist with a high waisted skirt and it looked really cute. It is very stylish and has a very vintage look. It looks amazing with so many colors. I now wear it with a dress, many skirts and high waisted jeans.
