I compared the white to my trusty Omnigrid Rulers and then to the Stanley Tape Measure. This tape measure fell about 1/4 inch below 15 inches. That is, at the point where the other two rulers showed 14.75 inches, this tape measure showed 15 inches. I tried heating it with hot water and gluing it to one of my precision rulers to shape it, but it shrank back once it cooled. I don't even want to try the other two colors. They're probably fine if you measure yourself against your clothing size, but they definitely don't cut it for sewing and quilting. You don't have to worry about returns, so they end up in the trash.
