Shoes would be better with memory foam heel support. It says there, but when you take the foam out of the shoe it's only about 1-2cm thick, which is nothing. All of my other Sketcher memory foams have much thicker foam. I work a lot in the hospital. It will not work. Legs hurt at 4 o'clock. They are heavy too
