I would give a product 1 star but I have never been this dissatisfied with a product and I feel guilty even if I feel the need to do so with this frame. When it arrived I was disappointed with the poor quality. I shop here on Amazon all the time, so at first I was just glad I finally did and have something to frame all of my kids' photos of their happy outdoor moments. BUT in my haste I also assumed that I might have bought the cheapest frame I've decided on. At first I joked that I might have only paid $13 for it when I should have paid $7.99 for 99 cents. Now, a week later, when all the dust has settled (from a week at home, garbage, and sick kids with allergies), I look at our order history on Amazon and I can't believe I spent over $30 on this piece have plastic. My first grader literally congratulated me on that flexible piece of plastic from the frame to the picture window, whatever, and that crumbly foam padding, and believe me, I'm a pretty indulgent spender for my growing family. However, this time I must be open to saving you and others over $30 that can be used to feed your family or that you may need. .This is on my new short list of crappy expenses. On the other hand, my husband says we can photograph it in the hut. Unfortunately I am disappointed in my decision to purchase and keep this frame as I was hoping to start a new tradition and create a hallway at home full of happy memories.
