Very user friendly - easy to learn system with lots built in features (including QR codes) which makes our jobs so much easier! Not all events are supported by this software but we have found that any issues can be easily fixed or made more flexible at short notice if necessary, e..g moving from virtual only displays into physical ones etc, great support team available 24/7 as well via chat feature too when I need help solving an issue!! Easy integration with other platforms like Eventbrite means no double entry required saving time both sides- very impressive indeed considering there is also ticket selling side through info saloons too now! Great customer service throughout process even after contract end date meaning nothing has changed since working together over 2 years ago still going strong today :). Could do wihtout some icons being quite small sometimes could make them larger especially those relating tot he main page rather than just pop up boxes / alerts within existing content area though they look fine once visible it seems ok anyway The customer service is great - when you call in they pick up right away! I really like that it works with our phone system so we can be reached even if there are issues at the show itself. It's not perfect but has been working well enough to get us through each year without too many problems. We're able to have all information from an exhibitor available online or via app before the expo opens.
