I bought this colorful set of three coasters to protect our newly finished oak kitchen table from the scorching heat of pots and pans when eating. I was hesitant to set the first cinnamon oatmeal steamer on a single silicone trivet, repeatedly checking the table for signs of heat damage. By the end of breakfast my husband and I were very impressed with the quality of the coaster. It fully protected the beautiful surface of our table! These well-designed coasters are now used at every meal and have even replaced our old, stained oven mitts for getting hot pizza pans and muffin tins out of the oven. And it's easy to clean - just wash the coasters with a drop of soap and water. With the holiday season approaching, every kitchen should have a set of these colorful coasters!
