I like that they have been able to customize their application so it suits them, as well me (the HR). It's easy for applicants too fill out because of its simple layout which makes filling in info quick! The only thing about this program was when we started using our own database instead from LinkedIn or other sites you had limited timeframes before applications were closed down - therefore causing issues with my work place being notified quickly enough after closing dates etc., but otherwise no complaints!! Recruitment has become more efficient through hiring processes made easier by having great programs such us iApptians available.-.
