I bought this to replace an old black/round very plain gear knob on a Cobra 65. Fits comfortably in the hand thanks to the aluminum construction and the numbers are engraved very clearly. The trick is figuring out where to start cutting so the gear numbers are pointing in the direction you want. They will either turn away from you or face you, depending on your preference. Strangely enough, at first I thought it didn't match the thread, the hole was too big. Then I realized that this pen comes with an insert to reduce the hole to the right size. After I installed the insert (takes a few seconds) it fit like a glove. quality product.
