Very disappointed with this product, I would like to read the reviews more carefully. During my son's birthday, someone helped him assemble it for the first time and one of the pieces broke the tab. I contacted the company and they said they were willing to replace this part. The next day another tab broke off! It's cheap plastic and while the product seems comfortable for younger children, it's not intended for younger children. Parts keep falling apart during operation, so you'll spend more time assembling than playing. Oh, and many weeks later I'm still waiting for that extra part. upset.
