Review on 💡 Smart Dimmable Multicolor LED Bulb: Compatible, Energy-Efficient and Color-Changing Equivalent by Brent Ayyagari

Let me first say it's strange that this product hasn't been rated 4 stars or lower. How are the chances. As of 11/28/19 all reviews here are 5 stars which is almost unheard of. Anyway, I received four packs of lightbulbs today and couldn't pair them with my 2.4G WiFi connection. The Nooie app on my iPhone doesn't read that I'm connected to a 2.4G network. Note: This product does not support 5G WIFI network. Even though I have a 2.4G network, the Nooie app can't figure it out and won't even let me switch networks. Luckily, my family also has an Android phone, so there are various problems after downloading Nooie app on Android. The app now says I have a 2.4G network (new TP-LINK router) but it won't pair with the bulb. The lamp will flash blue, signaling that it's ready to be paired with the app, but after a dozen attempts with different lightbulbs and many different lamps and fixtures, the pairing fails. I contacted Nooie support and they gave me a list of things to try. I've tried them all. The lights won't connect and the Nooie app is buggy and not working properly. I'm more tech savvy than most and actually work in IT so I'm sad that I can't figure it out. The product should be a lot easier to set up, so I feel sorry for the average user trying to connect these lightbulbs to the app via their wifi router. I returned this item and will be looking for a simpler smart lightbulb that actually works. Please fix the Nooie Home app (which by the way has 1 overall rating in the App Store).
