Product received on time. However, the metal slats that attach the harness holders to the cage bars are too thin and soft. Often times I would come home after a day's work only to see the watery mush or whole pellets in the drip tray because the metal would give way under the weight of the bird (Indian ring neck) allowing the holder to rotate fully (eject food). In this case, tightening will not do anything, since the metal is very thin. I've seen this work for smaller birds that need less space between the bars of the cage or for birds that don't sit on the edge of the plate when eating/drinking. Totally disappointed with the results but I will leave them for a treatment.
