I really love Woolite products as they have worked well for me in the past. It never fails when my underwear is covered in all sorts of weird stains. The same goes for rugs, pet items, and rags I need to clean up the mess. I decided to try Woolite Insta Clean on an oily spot. Mind you, it was a stain that had already set in. When I sprayed Woolite onto the stain, there was a noticeable difference after soaking it, but it didn't go away. This product contains peroxide, so be sure to check for color fastness and other material issues. I wouldn't use that on any of my oriental rugs, for example. Let's go back to the spot. After washing I could still see some remnants of the oily stain. Woolite did a good job of minimizing it, but not eliminating it completely. After drying, the stain was practically invisible. I would recommend using this product immediately after a stain appears for best results. I suspect it works well with anything organic in nature, like pet stains. Great product but doesn't work that well on stains.
