Not worth the money
When i tried this product for my BABY, it did nothing to calm her down. The lavender scent was so overpowering that it made her sneeze and cough... I was disappointed as I was hoping it would help improve her sleep. The only good thing about this product is that it didn't irritate her skin. Save your money and try a different brand..
