I have ordered XS, S and MI, I am 5ft 3" and 140lbs. I usually wear a size 8. These pants are well made and comfortable. I love the pockets to carry my phone in around the house. The waistband is very comfortable and works with a long and flat drawstring so you don't feel like a tight rope is the only thing holding your pants up. Ankle cuffs help adjust the length. They were too long for me but since the ankles are like sweatpants I can fold them once and pull them up. Waist but for pajamas I prefer a looser fit. They were a little long, which is to be expected since I'm short. Size S was comfortable but still too tight for pyjamas. Gigantic. Medium size was just a little loose but very comfortable. Too long again but as you can see from the photos I can fold and raise my legs and they stay in place. The legs do not rise when you sleep, which was the main purpose of the purchase. I kept the medium size and sent the other two back.
