I think this would make a nice addition to my toy camera collection, a novelty good for parties and photo sharing with friends. Why do I think this is a toy? Because in many ways it's a novelty, but not a very serious camera. It can't compete with the best point-and-shoot camera or DSLR in terms of photo quality. The prints it produces are tiny but shareable. The camera interface needs work and is limited; For example, there is no option to format the memory card (which can be done separately), nor is it possible to delete multiple images at once. The aspect ratio is fixed and cannot be changed. The touchscreen is broken and not fully functional - you can't zoom in and out on your photos when they're displayed, for example to check movement - you can only do this later on your computer or tablet. The self-timer doesn't give enough feedback, so it's hard to tell exactly when a picture will be taken. 3 seconds were almost too little. It would be nice if I could use my phone as a remote shutter release via the Polaroid app for Android, but that doesn't work. Images printed out from a cellphone are about as sharp as the original images captured by Snap. Touch. Overall I am happy with the print quality. Bluetooth connectivity is limited to sending photos to the camera for printing and checking for firmware updates. YOU CANNOT TRANSFER YOUR PHOTOS TO A PHONE OR TABLET. This would be a useful feature. Currently, you can only copy your photos from the camera to a computer or desktop using a memory card reader, or connecting the camera to a computer using a USB cable. The digital copies of photos appear to be a little softer when using HDR mode, make sure you and your subject remain very still throughout the exposure or there may be some blurring. Photos that look soft in a digital copy may look good when printed. So if you get a decent print, you won't necessarily get a good copy to share on Facebook, for example. Video quality is acceptable without image stabilization. Stickers and frames take up too much space on the already tiny prints for my liking. Be sure to allow extra headroom when photographing portraits, as the prints will crop your photos a bit - crop them enough that if you crop your photo closely, you could cut off someone's head. Overall I'm happy with the novelty aspect of the camera, it would be possible if you could get a good digital copy to make larger prints or print them out on a home printer.
