I like how easy it is to set up, you can schedule tasks in seconds! It's not as customizable or robust (yet) than some of its competitors but for what we need this does work well enough that our team has been able to get their jobs done without any issues so far with using GSuclar. Sometimes scheduling takes longer then expected which causes delays when people want something scheduled immediately after they have submitted an email request asking about availability/scheduling time etc. This isn't always easily noticeable though since there are no notifications if your task was delayed due too many requests being sent at once - just more emails saying "Your job hasn't started yet". We use schedulers everyday across multiple departments within my organization. They help us keep track of who needs things next by creating recurring schedules where one person doesn't necessarily know all available times from another department member until he looks them.
