These are 2 packs - both worked well. one for a while One of them had these little holes that started to squirt out the sides and soaked things outside the sink. And after about 6 months the toggle button started to get stuck and wouldn't click the selected dedicated thread easily anymore - had to play around with that. The other in the wash that doesn't get used as much has more flow in all 3 positions and the flow switch knob works well. This is the 2nd way I've tried. The guess as to whether any of them have actually worked perfectly for a decent amount of time (at least a year or more) depends on the luck of the draw. I think it's very good that you can switch from one jet type to another, but if the holes are cut incorrectly, the jet stays straight and doesn't splash where it's not needed, and the switch button doesn't jerk after a relatively short time, then it's really not worth the hassle. The other one I tried had more range of motion, so it hit the entire inside of the sink - all the corners and almost to the top of the sink. This one (or 2) doesn't. So I don't know if I can recommend this one.
