The ease of use. It was easy to set up and the features are easy to navigate through. I was able to send out a job offer in less than 30 minutes and receive a response in less than 1 hour. I wish the system would include more features, like sending out a mass email, but the price is reasonable. This website solves my problem of sending out company offers to multiple people at once. I also like that they are able to receive responses back, and they can communicate with the person in a different way if it is the case that they are not interested. It is easy to use, and it is fast. I like that it is easy to use, so many people can access this service from anywhere in the world! It makes hiring easier when you are working remotely or traveling. The only thing I dislike about NC is sometimes there aren't enough jobs available but overall everything works well! This tool has helped my business work more efficiently by allowing me to connect with multiple applicants at once and make sure we hire qualified employees.
