Easily holds my 65 inch TV. By removing the bracket assembly from the wall plate, I was able to easily install the wall plate without assistance. Removing the bracket is easy, just 4 screws with a Phillips head screwdriver. After the bracket was reinstalled and the bracket secured to the TV, it only took my wife a few minutes to help me raise and lower onto the bracket All the while, in which I needed an extra person, it was 5 minutes.
