I use them at work so I don't disturb anyone and don't let them overhear. They are easy to use and easy to combine with each other. The left and right headphones are paired separately, once you choose to pair with "RW-T52", you will see a pair of "RW-T52 L" and "RW-T52 R". This is a bit annoying when pairing as each ear announces the pairing. They just muffle the noise from the servers around me a bit. After some initial adjustments, they fit me. They may not suit everyone as they are "universal".
