After the project was completed, I was very impressed. It's very expensive per gallon compared to other products, but it's way more than any other product I've used. It is very durable, stain resistant and looks great. If you try, read the instructions carefully. you are very thin Buff it with a cloth and it will look great. Also, be careful with leftover rags. They can spontaneously ignite (as one of my employees found) if not disposed of properly. Always carry a can of water to soak your rags!
