Good choice for sheet music

I bought the Max 3 Lumi to read sheet music rather than printing out copies or lugging around heavy bound books. Old MacBook. The tablet fits well in the Tomtoc and the pedal works well. I have chosen not to add a screen protector based on feedback from others. Instead, I added simple edge protectors (corner protectors) to the sides as shown. It also makes it much nicer to use as an e-book reader (which is also a great use for this tablet). I also added a Pen Pal pen holder on the bottom. The main competitor was the iPad Pro. It's probably more practical for general use, but seeing that my colleagues have these I have no regrets. Software choices are probably more iPad-focused, and some aspects of file management are a bit clunky on Android, but I can see iPad owners worrying about battery levels (mine lasts a week) and struggling with glare ( definitely less with e-ink ). Screen). Main criticisms: While I like the ability to crop and adjust visibility settings, I wish it could do the entire file ahead of time. Sometimes page turning can be a bit slow, especially with files in bad condition (e.g. marks on the edges). Buttons with a stylus that doesn't require pairing. The backlight is very even and sufficient. Know what you're buying: It's great for both music reading and book reading. Yes, Youtube can, but the iPad will be much better in color and faster refresh rates. The sound in it is good, t. If you want you can do email, facebook and the like. I'm using a Boox keyboard designed for the 10.3-inch version, which I've weighted down by attaching some metal strips to the base to support a large tablet. Alternatives (remember the media is the message!). You might explore their "shop" and read an obscure, centuries-old book, or peruse a Mendelssohn score. Somehow it feels natural with this extraordinary piece of jewellery.
