So the reviews are right, it won't unravel. But I mean. that doesn't mean it won't work. Creatine alone has given me really good results, I can definitely see that I'm ready when I feel sore after a workout the next day. My strength has increased significantly. Finally I have a life hack for you all, my recipe consists of 40-30g of rolled oats and your daily dose of creatine, boiling water and your toppings. I usually eat this food before a workout, you won't notice the creatine is there, you're consuming it with carbs and giving you energy for the gym. I like it, I tried it once with water and yes. Unfortunately, the powder stays at the bottom so you have to keep turning the jar, which is why I add it to my smoothies or to oatmeal. 8.5/10!
