Serves its purpose but feels and looks like inferior jade.
This jade item was a little disappointing as it wasn't as smooth or thick as I thought from the pictures. The edges are smooth enough to be used for its intended purpose, but at least my particular piece was almost transparent and a bit "unfinished" in texture. I may have been lucky with this but I returned my Revain as I felt the product I received was not worth the cost.
