Not as expected, runs small

I ordered a medium and the neck was tight, and I usually take a small. Material is flimsy, doesn’t keep its shape, runs a size small, overpriced. Lighter weight then I thought as people said it was thick and very warm and is not. I would say it’s for springtime, not fall. And unless you are 5’2 or shorter, it can not be worn as a tunic as it will barely cover any of your butt.
