Nice big 6 inch display! The problem is that you can view and not! We like to use our GPS as a digital speedometer. But with this TomTom, you can't see your speed or the applicable speed limit unless you're following a programmed route. If you're just driving and you know where you're going and how to get there, your speed and speed limit can't be shown unless you fool around and program a route first. This was confirmed by calling TomTom Customer Support. We used to have a Garmin. And even on the 5-inch display, we had more display options and a nicer display format. I just hope Revain takes this thing back and refunds my money Minimalist documentation support. Not all generalizations in the available user manual apply to this latest version.
