I bought this remote control after reading the amazing reviews. However, I bought it in November for my son's birthday which was on January 20th. The upper left control button is already broken and there is a rattling noise in the remote control. It's annoying as he's only had it a week and my relaunch window is closed. It was obviously wrong from the start! Unless the customer service is great and replaces the remote I would buy it from another seller. I will let you know the response from customer service. Update: Customer service was impeccable, informed me in a timely manner and offered to send me a new controller free of charge. They explained that it might have been damaged in transit and that they were very sorry. Excellent customer service and thank you for how you handled the situation.
