I bought them for socks and other underwear. They're big enough for that, but not big enough to hold the whole car. What I love most is that these bags have two layers of mesh! The inner layer seems to have smaller holes. Anyone who has used mesh bags knows how important holes are. In fact, you won't be able to hang clothes on the wrong net. I definitely recommend these bags. Great for separating items that belong to different people in the same load of laundry (like baby socks and underwear) or to keep the washer and dryer from eating socks! I would use these laundry bags for people in care homes to make sure you get everything back. I don't know how many sizes they come in, but they fit perfectly for my purposes. I wouldn't wash silk in these bags. The web is too big for something so delicate.
