It is essential to have this tool in place for any business that handles sensitive data. I love the ease of using it as well. The interface itself could be improved, but overall it does what we need. I hope they continue to improve their service and expand their market reach. We use this product to keep our network safe and secure. This helps us to monitor and report on network activity of our employees. The ability to search for domains that are being used in phishing emails, which is one way we track down IP addresses where our customers' endpoints have been compromised by malware or malicious actors who use email as their attack vector. It would be nice if they offered an API endpoint like other providers do with similar products (Cenosphere/Sucuri). Have not found any specific issues at this time but it has some great features such as its domain-based threat intelligence data source.
