This beautiful bag features thoughtful pockets and secure zips. The color is pleasant and goes to the office or to the field. People notice the bag and comment on it. The canvas appears to be stain and scratch resistant. Great bag for the price. After a few weeks of use I have two problems. No fatal flaws, but worth attention. 1. The D-rings that attach the strap to the bag are loose and spinning. The narrow end rotates 90 degrees so it's "higher" rather than "wider" at the attachment point. This will pinch the tissue holding the D-ring in place. 2. The bag is flexible and has little padding. I feel like it offers a bit of padding for my 13-inch MacBook. The bag is too big for a 13" MacBook. This increases flexibility. The bag has no internal strength, therefore the bag loses its shape, implied by the word "bag", and is less attractive in that sense Problem #2 can be solved with special padding to help the bag hold its shape Add a stuffer sleeve Problem #1 is trickier - D-rings want to rotate (See photos of other bags. Most of them have snap closures for permanent attachments to the bag.) If looks are important and you like your bag, look for a more durable step mount on your bag.The strap is sewn to the bag and cannot be easily changed. Again, not a fatal flaw More of a minor annoyance None of the flaws are fatal, but you should be aware.
