Terrible product. When I first used this curling iron, it would turn itself off 7 or 8 times and had to be turned back on and readjusted the temperature each time. As a result, he did not turn on at all, he died immediately. So I returned it, which made Revain extremely painless and easy. So I ordered a replacement for the same one, thinking that only one was defective and the other would be fine. But I'm afraid I'll never know. A replacement was ordered and shipped, but after being told it would be arriving in a few days it is now "on hold" and appears to be shipping to Anchorage, then from Anchorage (I live in Alaska) back to Portland, then to Kent Washington, where he has been since June 14. If it doesn't come tomorrow (June 23rd) I'll give up and order elsewhere. Shish!
