I bought this item in advance and didn't open it until after I had a shower and was very disappointed because the four clips weren't in the package and we ran out at the last minute to try and do the background to attach to the pole with hot glue, the ribbons in the background had to be cut. I first had to open it before the shower, but got everything sent to the shower address. We use this at both a wedding and a photo booth and I don't want to run into a different background. I called Revain, they messaged the seller, let's see how it goes. In addition, the product is well made and has a nice bag that is easy to assemble.
