We bought this watch for our 10 year old granddaughter. As soon as she opened it she fell in love with it but couldn't get the second one to work even though the indigo light worked. I left a request for a refund and a replacement watch and the replacement came the very next day! I didn't even return the original watch to Coles. Very happy with the fast service! I also noticed that when I returned the watch to Kols it was actually ticking so I'm not sure what we missed to make it work when we removed the little tag stuck in the dial as advertised. Very good watch and very happy with the service. It's also very easy to use Kohls for the return process.
