The camera looks good enough out of the box. It is USB micro powered and comes with a USB charger and 10ft cable. After that the user experience went bad and I will blame the application for everything. I already have an Amcrest doorbell, I use Amcrest Smart Home, but this camera uses Amcrest Viewer Pro. Neither app works with the other camera. The picture and sound quality is good. It took me 20 minutes to set up the camera, attempts to Wi-Fi, wired and back to Wi-Fi failed. Using the app, I found the panning gestures to be contrary to what I expected and are rather crude movements that make centering difficult. There's "auto-tracking" which works pretty well, a bit slow but follows you well - I didn't find that feature, my wife has it. It was difficult for me to navigate through the application menu. I've never had motion notifications to send to my phone. Two-way audio worked fairly well on Wi-Fi and 5G, but there was a 4-second delay on a phone with 2 LTE bands. The app mostly crashes when I switch from Wi-Fi to Cellular or vice versa. The app has many features that this camera does not support, such as B. Zoom but the app lets you use it to no avail which confuses you. I was able to connect the camera to my BlueIris NVR. simple, but I couldn't figure out how to set my static IP address. I found I could make the address static but not where to define or see it. I had to take the address from the router.
