These pads work great on our 10 year old laminate floors. They clean very well and leave everything well finished with no residue or efflorescence. The only thing to watch out for is that if you run your Braava outside of the room it's intended for, the pad will eventually get completely wet and leave streaks. Our main floor is essentially one huge room (kitchen, solarium, living room, dining room) and when I step out of the Braava it just cleans ALL of those areas, which is fine, but not with a napkin. The pad gets too wet after a while to be effective. So I usually use two spacers for the entire bottom floor of my house. It's worth it because I really believe these pads actually CLEAN the floor as opposed to a mop and a Bona cleaner which I find only lightly mopping the floor. I totally agree with the need to use two rugs for four rooms a few times a week because I can really tell a significant difference in how clean my floor is and Braava does it all. This is a great way to clean floors.
