Useless defect when adding a phone case

After adding a case, the screen does not feel touch at all. Phones these days are required to have cases, so this is a terrible disadvantage. Only leave it on for 20 minutes before you get fed up. I can't even contact the seller for a refund without them wanting me to take it to the store to return it.
