I ordered these pacifiers a while ago and they are the only ones my daughter will use. I ordered more and was unfortunately disappointed that the nipple is different. I needed an orthodontic nipple (oblique shape) and got a straight nipple. Based on the reviews, it seems like you get the shape the person who packs the box gives you. If you have two different nipples to choose from, they should be listed as follows. 4 stars because my daughter loves her so much. But let down by the lack of a proper description from the sellers.
