Glad I can buy my husband a size 22+ neckline. He has narrow hips, muscular shoulders and chest, but is short in stature. So the shirt drapes like a tent and the sleeves are too long. Unfortunately, they don't make a sport shirt for men with very large necks and shoulders. I managed relatively well, but had to roll up my cuffs. Luckily I can sew, otherwise this shirt wouldn't be worth the price.
