I get hot easily with fleece blankets so I don't buy them, I buy thick fabric blankets like in the picture. This material NEVER shed, NEVER shed. Seriously, it feels like I cut my own comforter and sewed it onto a sweatshirt. Anyway, I literally live in it. And a person with depression or anxiety, you will definitely feel safe like someone is hugging you when you wear this, it seriously relieves my anxiety, and when I'm having depressive episodes I can't get out of bed. If you put this bad boy on and try to at least walk around your bed, you'll feel more motivated to complete this tiny little task because this blanket still makes you feel like you're in bed (doesn't cure depression , it's just how it works for me, and if you want to try it too, feel free) Ugh, it wasn't with anything and nothing. I literally strangled my friend's shirts with this. His shirts fit me now. and i never made the shirt smaller lol it's my fault.
