I use Anova brand bags so maybe I'm a little spoiled. I took them because there are twice as many for a lower price. Not sure if it was worth it and to be honest I'll probably buy more Anova bags before these run out. It is difficult to clearly explain the difference here. They just look cheaper, a little smaller and don't look as cleanly processed. However, I have tested a few and they work as expected. But overall they only deserve 3 stars as they are just average. There are better, there are worse. I like that they have more sizes than Anova. The specific size I received is a bit small I find. I didn't realize (when I bought it) that the Anova were a fraction of an inch taller, but I certainly did notice it as soon as I opened the box. And that's maybe the main reason why I won't buy them again. Most of the items I have prepared are perfect for these Anova bags, but in this case they will be a bit small. So, yes, it's disappointing, but part of my fault is not paying enough attention to the exact dimensions. But they still have a use. I suck everything! Ha ha. And I have many little things that will come in handy. Groceries and other things that I just want to store neatly.
