Terrible! I would like to give zero stars. I never write reviews but our kitty could die in this thing. I can't believe nobody has posted this yet! We put it together and within a minute our 3 month old kitten jumped in. We heard panic in the box and he stuck his head in one of the side holes! Neither he nor we could get him out. It was terrifying to see him trying to free himself with his head in a vise. Thank god it happened while we were at home. I had to hold him down to calm him down and my husband had to cut a bigger hole to get him out. So in the trash. I'm so glad we stayed home and heard him, I can't imagine how much it would hurt him if that happened when we weren't home!
