My husband jumped in and bought it when the case literally fell apart in his hand and burned him. He quickly settled on this one and when it arrived the next business day I was DISAPPOINTED AT FIRST SIGHT because it was smaller than I wanted. (Here's a steamer-sized queen!) BUT I looked at the water tank and saw that it was surprisingly large, MUCH larger than our previous handheld steamer's tank. I just used it and this little guy WORKS! I didn't have spit because it's a vertical design. I'm sweating as my clothes hang in front of me. Didn't try to steam when my item lay like my husband did hahaha but I'm so glad he picked this item out of the range. I work in fashion and film and this little guy will definitely go with me. I will be buying a second one to easily fit in my travel bag (it's so small and space efficient!) 5/5 recommend!
