I have just requested a replacement and need to pack up the item received and ship it to a UPS delivery point. No damage to the outer packaging or inner packaging of the product. Poor quality control, possible damage when packing in China. After examining the clip, it's a pretty flimsy design. Not suitable for many swaps and swaps if you switch motherboards regularly. ***UPDATE**** I received a replacement and realized I wasted $30. The first set had a broken contact on the 24-pin connector. The second set and first set I tested both have a bad connector with an unremoved groove between the 8-pin type 3 pins. (see second photo) I placed the connector next to the Corsair connector so that the difference is obvious. I will return the first set, I have the label. I throw away the second set. This is my 20th build for myself and I will not be connecting these cables to my computer. I should have just bought Corsair premium cables and saved myself the hassle.
