I bought this fan to replace a same brand 12 volt 120mm 213cfm fan that I used in an air purifier I made. This fan is rated at 238 CFM. I have yet to do a proper test to calculate the true CFM of each fan, but it's immediately apparent that the smaller 120mm fan seems to be pushing out more air. The photos show that the smaller fan moves the air much faster, even when still installed with the filter installed in the base of the air purifier.
