I think it's great that they are able to provide such an easy way of implementing AI into our operations, without having any technical knowledge or previous experience with this type technology! It is not as intuitive when using their website than other platforms like Google Cloud Platform but once you have used them both then there shouldn't be much difference in how difficult things can become - just go at your own pace :) We currently use Predictive Optimization from preMonitory which we will continue doing so until further notice (as per contract). This has been very helpful within my team by providing data insights about where workflows need improving/optimising etc., however i do wish more time was spent working through these reports compared against what could actually happen if left longer before implementation? Also would recommend getting some hands-on training first via one off meetings / workshops rather than reading documentation alone; otherwise.
